About Sarah A Robinson
Sarah lives in the beautiful Ozark Mountains,
where she and her husband have raised their three children. As a professional nurse with more than thirty years’ experience in long-term care nursing administration throughout Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas, Sarah has combined her compassionate nature and her years of experience in caring for others to launch a private health and wellness coaching practice.
Her coaching practice focuses on supporting clients toward the highest-level of self-care. From her own experience as a young caregiver for a grandfather who suffered from dementia, Sarah witnessed firsthand the toll it takes on those who care for their loved ones. Recognizing the need to support caregivers, Sarah decided to use her coaching skills and her years of experience as a nurse to specialize in compassion fatigue and self-care.
One of Sarah’s strengths is a love of learning, and she has a natural curiosity when it comes to holistic wellness. She believes each of us has an internal compass to help guide us toward wellness, learning what works for us and what doesn’t. She also believes each of us to be the hero of our own unique story. Sarah simply enjoys supporting others in their personal journey to reinvent themselves, rediscover their strengths, and build resiliency toward transformation.
Sarah earned an Associate Degree and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas. She holds an active Registered Nurse license, is a member of the Mentor Coach community.

Martha Robinson is the daughter of Sarah Robinson,
and is a graduate from Huntsville High School in Arkansas and Furman University in South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Being a seven-time All State athlete in high school and collegiate volleyball and basketball player, Martha excels in and values health of all kinds. She is partnering with Sarah to bring preventative health methods to the table for anyone seeking to improve their mental health, emotional health, and physical well being.
